Office space advertisements can be posted for free for three months. The cost for all other classified listings on the CAPA website is $30 for three months. All non-office space advertisements must be prepaid before they will be approved for posting.

*The rest of January is free if you sign a lease starting February 1st.* One full-time unfurnished office currently available for $740 per month in a small house that has been converted into 5 offices, just 4 blocks north of Downtown Round Rock on Fannin Avenue off of North Mays Street (and dangerously close to Round Rock Donuts, Kawaii Shaved Ice, and several coffee shops!) The house is also only 2 blocks from the new Round Rock Library.
Currently, there are psychologists and psychotherapists working in the house (with independent practices). There is parking directly in front, a furnished shared waiting room with large air filter, a staff kitchen/breakroom, a private therapist bathroom, a small group/meeting room with work space and printer, and a client bathroom with changing table. Amenities include paid utilities, waiting room magazines, Wi-Fi, security alarm, paper products for bathrooms, printing, and cleaning services twice a month (including individual offices).
There are also mailbox rentals available for those that need a physical address for their business. The lease/rentals are for a minimum of one year. The office environment is friendly, quiet, and respectful, and all of the current therapists enjoy working together.

Office located on 4310 Medical Parkway, Suite 101 Austin, TX 78756 Suite includes other practicing psychologists. The cost would be $556/month. All expenses paid. I am in the office on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The rest of the days I work from home. The remainder of the days - Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday are open. I am also flexible and am happy to discuss different days in the office if that is needed.
