CAPA NEWS

Monthly Meetings:
The monthly meeting will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the ATT Conference Center, 1900 University Avenue (the corner of University Avenue and MLK Blvd). Parking is on 20th between Whitis and University, or you might actually find a parking spot on the street or nearby. In the garage, go to Level II by the elevator. The new CAPA meeting room will be on the second floor overlooking the restaurant and is glassed in. So, go through the restaurant and take a right to the stairs to the second floor, to Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 or go to the end of the buffet line and then take the elevator to the second floor and the meeting room is right there. You can also access the new meeting rooms 1 and 2 via the "grand stairway” to the second floor and going past the length of the restaurant on the floor below. After your arrival and finding your place at a table, the buffet is directly across the foyer in the Carillon Room. The food is very good, with a full soup and salad bar, and another large counter for a great variety of hot foods. Desserts are quite excellent and not to be missed. The room is extremely nice and very comfortable.

Parking tickets must be paid at the kiosk with credit or debit card at the first parking level. The machine validates the ticket once paid, and you will receive your validated ticket back from the machine. That ticket is used to place in the Exit machine when you leave. Parking is not free, although the first thirty minutes are free. Parking thereafter for our 1 ½ hour meeting is approximately $4.00. Cost will be $15.00 for the excellent buffet. Register online at www.austinpsychologists.net or just come.
